永盛凯芙拉纤维是一种高强度、轻质纤维，具有耐高温，强度高，韧性好，燃烧时无烟、毒，耐腐蚀，防滑等特点。以进口的高强度凯芙拉为基材，采用进口先进设备以及工艺，涂覆优质 PTFE 树脂制成，用凯芙拉纤维做成的各种网状布和输送带在耐温性，强度等方面比传统的玻璃纤维材料都有了很大的提高。
凯芙拉纤维主要特点：
1. 强度高20.92 cN/dtex；
2. 线密度：1.667，比水重,沉于水；
3. 抗切割，热稳定性好，在高温下不熔，玻璃化转变温度约345°C；
4. 弯曲性能一般，打结易形成毛刺；
5. 拉伸性能好，断裂伸长率：3.55%；
6. 凯芙拉纤维耐普通有机溶剂及盐类溶液，耐强酸、强碱性差；
7. 对紫外线敏感，长时间暴露在阳光下，强度衰减约40%；
8. 外观黄色
9. 价格相对便宜；
10. 凯芙拉纤维可根据客户的要求涂覆特氟龙和硅胶，制作成高强度的输送带和高强度的耐高温布
凯芙拉纤维主要应用范围：
工业输送带，印染、微波等各种高温烘干，防护手套，防弹衣等。
